I started this blog as a gluten free blog... as it turns out I am exploring eliminating other foods as I am continuing to have symptoms. I have eliminated dairy (almost) completely and use alternatives in my cooking. I am also exploring the Paleo Diet, Primative Eating and hope to explore GAPS a little bit, so recipes may vary according to what I am drawn to. Though I am not following any of those diets completely, I am strictly staying away from gluten and mostly (about 98%) dairy. I am looking forward to experimenting and sharing resources that I find.
Even if you don't need to go grain free, you may find that Paleo recipes are much simpler than "gluten free" and that is what originally drew me in... I prefer to keep my cooking simple and tasty and I am finding that most regular gluten free recipes are more complicated and time consuming for my taste.
